We find that many experienced techs know that there are gaps in their PDR abilities. Most were trained with out dated or wrong methods. Many techs are on their own, and have little contact with other PDR techs. They want to be at a more advanced level, and have real trouble with certain dents or creases that they know they should be able to do.
